You may voluntarily upload photos of your vehicle or property during the booking or quote process to help us assess the scope of work. Photos are used solely for service preparation and quoting purposes.
We do not use customer photos for marketing unless you grant explicit permission through the optional photo consent checkbox at the time of booking. The consent statement reads:
"I give Blue Palm Services permission to use before-and-after photos of my vehicle or property for marketing purposes. Personal information and identifying details will not be shared."
You may withdraw photo consent at any time by contacting us at anthony@bluepalmpro.com or (760) 422-4334. We will make reasonable efforts to remove previously published photos, though we cannot guarantee removal from third-party platforms where content may have already been shared.
Even with photo consent, we will not share personal information or identifying details such as license plates, addresses, or faces without separate explicit permission.
